Joycele Care is a leading specialist care provider for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. We offer expertise across a wide range of specialisms, including support for people with behaviours that challenge.
We are a group of directors, managers, care coordinators and carers who care about this industry and line of work. Our passion is all about meeting the daily required needs of those we look after. To that end, we believe in working with the individuals, their families, other professionals such as GPs, nurses and others, to ensure people get the right support from all of us at the same time. This is what we live for.
We care for a wide range of individuals, some of whom face highly complex challenges. Our Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Services offer specialist care and assistance to those living in rented accommodation or their own homes. We deliver consistently high levels of quality care across all our services, carefully tailored to the specific needs of the people we support.
At Joycele, we treat everybody we care for an individual, with dignity and respect, empowering people to lead happy, fulfilled lives and, where possible, to achieve positive outcomes across all our services, this approach means everyone gets the support they need to progress at their own pace.
We work together with those we support, and their close network, to arrive at the key decisions that affect their lives. Together, we agree personalised care plans and desired outcomes, and then support everyone to achieve what’s important to them. For some that might be learning to cook meals and plan menus, developing a new skill or building the confidence to use public transport, for others it could be continuing with education or finding voluntary or paid work.
For our elderly, it could be helping with personal care needs, companionship, help with household chores, plus so many things.
Everyone at different stages of their life, will need specific help to help them live their life in their home, this is where we come in to help, meet those needs.
We work closely with local authorities and healthcare services to meet the needs of people in our care.
